Delivery & Returns Policy
We aim to deliver goods to you in 2-7 working days.
In the unlikely event that your chosen product is out of stock at our suppliers you will be notified immediately by email or telephone with a re-stocking lead time estimate. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or leave your order on back-order for delivery in the future.
We recommend you do not book trades people until you have received and checked your order fully. We will do our very best but we cannot guarantee delivery times, although over 99% of orders are delivered within the aimed for timescale.
Help our postal and delivery services by ensuring that your details are entered correctly when placing your order, especially house numbers and post codes.
All orders will be dispatched using a reliable courier or postal service chosen by ourselves.

All prices include VAT.
Pricing Note: The minimum charge of £8.00 for small orders may in some cases be more than the cost of shipping the item to you, this covers the processing costs and allows us to maintain low product pricing with no minimum order values. For very small orders of £4 and under we may be able to reduce the delivery charge upon request. The size and weight of the order are the main deciding factors, so no promises are made here, but we will do our best.
Certain items may require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is available at the time of delivery a second delivery fee may be charged for return delivery. Where possible we recycle all our packaging so please expect a mix of materials in your consignment. In the unlikely event that your package looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please sign as 'damaged'.
Our returns policy is as follows:
You should thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. If they are damaged in any way you should contact our customer services department via the Contact Us page to organise replacement products or returns and receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please quote either your Invoice No or Order No.
You may return your goods within 14 working days, in accordance with our terms and conditions, for a full refund of the product value. Goods are to be returned at your own cost.
Help us to help you by always requesting a Returns Authority (RA) number beforehand. A return address will also be specified which may differ from those shown in the Contact Us page. Returning items to the incorrect address without an RA number may cause a significant delay to any relevant replacement or refund.
